Ronald van Scheltema has been part of Keller Williams South Africa since 2017. He currently serves as the Regional Technology Trainer for KWSA as well as Operating Partner of KW Jacaranda. In his regional role, Ronald leads tech training initiatives across Southern Africa, equipping agents and Market Centres with the tools and knowledge to grow their businesses through innovation. Passionate about technology and leadership, he plays a key role in driving digital adoption and empowering agents across the region.

Suné Spencer is the Regional Marketing Manager at KW Southern Africa, where she leads the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that elevate the KW brand across the region. Suné supports Market Centres and agents with impactful campaigns, content creation, and branding strategies. Mmapula Mafa is the Executive Assistant at the KW Southern Africa Regional Office, where she plays a vital role in supporting the regional leadership team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Paul Richter brings over 12 years of diverse real estate experience to his role as Regional Development Director. Having worked in both the residential and commercial real estate sectors and having served in various business development and management positions, Paul focuses on company growth and national expansion.
